Производительность оборудования:

◆ Оборудование принимает систему гидравлической трансмиссии для завершения процессов литья под давлением, открытия пресс-формы, закрытия пресс-формы и перемещения пресс-формы;

◆ Система управления использует интерфейс man-machine и ПЛК для выполнения программного управления на оборудовании и отображает рабочее состояние оборудования и параметры процесса в реальном времени.

◆ Устройство блокировки безопасности для обеспечения безопасного производства;

◆ Форма изготовлена из высокопрочной высококачественной жаростойкой стали для обеспечения срока службы пресс-формы

◆ Температура форсунки и пресс-формы электрически нагревается и может управляться автоматически;

◆ Плавильные печи для литья используют электрическое отопление или нагрев природного газа.
